Had to make a quick pit stop at Erik's during a family road trip. The check engine light had come on in our BMW X5. We stopped in at Erik's with no appointment to see if they could take a quick look and diagnose the issue. They literally took the car around back before we were even in the building and took a quick look, diagnosed the issue and re-attached a hose that had worked its way loose. When we asked to pay (because we REALLY appreciated the quick service) they told us that they were happy to help and not to worry about it. You don't get service like this very often anymore. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in the Wenatchee area and anyone visiting Wenatchee. Sorry it took me a couple weeks to get this review up! Big Kudos to the the amazing team at Erik's!! Eric's has really ramped up their service. With the addition of detailed photos of vehicle underbody and engine areas, they provide a level of confidence that they are not just on working on the current issues, but are making the customer aware of any potential issues. It lets the owner have an awareness of the vehicle maintenance needs at an advanced level.

Erik and his team really saved our butts when we went up to backpack in the enchantments. I got to about 2 mi from the trailhead when all of my coolant blew out of the system. (I got towed) It needed a part replacement which they did as quickly as I could have hoped, and well under 24 hrs. Fair price, excellent service. I don’t live near Wenatchee but I’m thinking about making a trip for future car work because Erik really seems to know what’s up. Super grateful these guys were nearby. 10/10.
